Focal Plastics
Focal Plastics Ltd was established in 1980, specialising in the design and manufacture of thermoformed plastic. The business occupies a purpose built 35,000 sq/ft factory at South Woodham Ferrers, Essex, with the Tool Shop & Technical Support Centre based in Bridgwater occupying a further 9,000 sq/ft. We have vast experience in our products, having manufactured over 400 million mouldings over the last 12 years.
The business specialises in the design and manufacture of bespoke vacuum formings (thermoformings) in thick and thin gauge materials such as clam-packs, blisters, carton inserts, displays, transit trays and many industrial components.
Focal Plastics offers a complete ‘End to End’ in-house service for our customers, from project conception to delivery.
